PINK PANTHER
Esta obra tomo como inspiración a la icónica Pantera Rosa y su eterno juego con el Inspector. Quise capturar esa esencia juguetona y transformarla en una pieza vibrante, llena de color y dinamismo.
El fondo azul es clave: no es un simple color plano, sino un espacio vivo, con texturas y patrones que aportan profundidad y movimiento. Las salpicaduras de pintura blanca y naranja no son accidentales; las uso para darle energía a la composición, casi como si la escena estuviera en constante transformación.
La Pantera Rosa es la gran protagonista. La representé con su característico color rosa brillante, pero con una expresión exagerada y ojos enormes que refuerzan su actitud traviesa
En la parte inferior, el Inspector, crea un fuerte contraste con la Pantera. Me gusta cómo su expresión de desconcierto equilibra la composición, como si no entendiera cómo ha terminado en esta escena llena de color y caos.
A la izquierda, en el poste del que asoma la Pantera, lleno de tag, grafiti, stikers no es solo decoración; es mi homenaje al arte urbano, a la energía de la calle.
Con esta obra, quise mezclar la nostalgia de los dibujos animados con la irreverencia del grafiti, creando algo que se sienta fresco, dinámico y con un guiño a la cultura visual que me inspira.
PINK PANTHER
This piece draws inspiration from the iconic Pink Panther and its eternal game with the Inspector. I wanted to capture that playful essence and transform it into a vibrant work, full of color and dynamism.
The blue background is key—it’s not just a flat color but a living space, with textures and patterns that add depth and movement. The splashes of white and orange paint aren’t accidental; I use them to inject energy into the composition, almost as if the scene were in constant transformation.
The Pink Panther is the undeniable protagonist. I portrayed it in its signature bright pink, but with an exaggerated expression and oversized eyes that reinforce its mischievous attitude.
At the bottom, the Inspector creates a strong contrast with the Panther. I love how his bewildered expression balances the composition, as if he has no idea how he ended up in this colorful and chaotic scene.
To the left, the post from which the Panther peeks out is covered in tags, graffiti, and stickers—it’s not just decoration; it’s my homage to street art and the raw energy of urban culture.
With this piece, I wanted to blend the nostalgia of classic cartoons with the irreverence of graffiti, creating something that feels fresh, dynamic, and full of nods to the visual culture that inspires me.
